City Winery NYC Presents Dario Acosta Teich: Tierra Infinita Album Release on September 22nd at 7:30pm!

Dario Acosta Teich, a virtuoso guitarist and composer from northern Argentina, premieres his new release Tierra Infinita (Infinite Homeland), a marriage of Argentine folk with modern jazz. Tierra Infinita explores the diverse sonic landscapes of South America with fresh, imaginative sounds.

Featured in NPR Alt.Latino’s Best New Music Round-Up in 2023 and praised by John Platt (WFUV) as "supremely talented" with an "irresistible fusion of jazz with Latin American influences," Acosta Teich's new body of work is like a river flowing through time, each track embodying a essence of Argentine folklore while connecting generations past, present, and future. For this performance Dario is joined by his world-class ensemble of Latin jazz masters including Yulia Musayelyan (flute), Fernando Huergo (bass), Franco Pinna (drums), Eleanor Dubinsky (vocals) plus special guests Jaques Morelenbaum (cello) and Latin American vocal group Cappella Sur.
