An Intimate Affair with 2/3rds of a Threesome (& Friends)
City Winery NYC presents An Intimate Affair with 2/3rds of a Threesome (& Friends) live in concert on December 18th at 7:30pm
An evening of comedy, music, and musical comedy hosted by A.J. Holmes (Book of Mormon, Team StarKid) and Caitlin Cook (Peacock, Soho Playhouse), featuring our famous, funniest, and most fabulous friends! Past guests include David Cross, Ilana Glazer, Matteo Lane, Reggie Watts, and more!
A.J. Holmes’ career has taken him all over the world! He is best known for playing Elder Cunningham in The Book of Mormon on Broadway, Chicago, 1st US National Tour, West End, and Australian companies. A founding member of Team StarKid, AJ co-wrote the music and lyrics of A Very Potter Musical and composed the widely-popular Twisted: The Untold Story of a Royal Vizier. His solo one-man musical Yeah, But Not Right Now has sold out the Edinburgh Fringe in 2019, the Adelaide Fringe in 2020, and the Soho Playhouse in 2021. He is one-half of the musical comedy duo 2/3rds of a Threesome.
Caitlin Cook is a LA-born, NYC-based, Oxford-educated, hyphen-addicted comedian, musician, writer, director, and producer. A fierce champion of mixed media and genre-bending works of art, Caitlin has carved out a space for herself smack-dab in the center of the Venn diagram between comedy, music, theater, and visual art. Her one-woman bathroom graffiti musical, The Writing on the Stall, sold out its off-Broadway debut at Soho Playhouse, went wildly viral on social media, and will continue to tour in 2024. She served as a creative consultant for Sean Patton’s Number One on Peacock, as the producer for Gabe Mollica’s hit show Solo that was featured on This American Life, and as the director of A.J. Holmes’ critically-acclaimed Yeah, But Not Right Now. She is one-half of the musical comedy duo 2/3rds of a Threesome.
