Argentina is a beef lover’s and Malbec-drinker’s paradise. The culinary tradition of the asado is a national pastime only rivaled by the country’s favorite sport. We will cook over fire and showcase the full breadth of the asado from chorizos, to grilled lamb, and of course beef. The wines will range from fresh whites with the fish course, to the juicy Bonarda grape (originally from Italy) through to powerful reds based on the Malbec, Cabernet Franc and Cabernet Sauvignon varieties.
